Message and Range of the Competition

The competition was created to support Czech business women. It enables to appreciate these women as personalities and point out either important projects or innovations in various fields by which Czech firms contribute to the Bohemian and European market under their leadership. At the same time it aims to highlight and spread the accomplishments these women have achieved in the sphere of business while respecting the imperscriptible moral norms of reciprocal trade.

Within the frame of the competition there will be awards in these categories:

1) Czech female founder of a company she owns and directs

Awarded is the first place. Following are the three competing categories:

• Small firms (10 - 24 employees)

• Medium firms (25 - 99 employees)

• Big companies (100 and more employees)

2) Prize of Česká spořitelna – An outstanding businesswoman

In this category is evaluated an outstanding business-woman regardless of the number of employees, further the influence on the enrichment of the market or society, considering social and other aspects of her activity. One award.
