Conditions of participation

The participant of the competition must be:

• only a Czech citizen - female

• this woman is a 100% owner of the company

• her company was founded at latest on January 1st, 2006

A Czech woman can be nominated for the competition: on the basis of a financial analysis of publically accessible data of all companies in the Czech Republic (100% owned by a woman and with more than 10 employees) processed by an EXPERT GUARANTEE. The expert guarantee is the prestigious company CCB - Czech Credit Bureau, a.s., the specialist in   firm rating and scoring. The winner of the previous years may sign up for the competition not sooner than after the periond of  3 years (for example: the winner of 2008 may sign up in 2011 the earliest).

Newly, a Czech woman may sign up from her own initiative, (for example by presenting/advertising the competition in the media). Registration forms are listed on a web page www.oceneniceskychpodnikatek.cz. The firm must meet the required criteria for the competition and provide financial statements for the last four concluded years (possible with double-entry accounting), attached to the registration. These data will be analyzed by the expert gaurantee CCB and the audit company Mazars.
