Message and Range of the Competition

The competition was created to support Czech business women. It enables to appreciate these women as personalities and point out either important projects or innovations in various fields by which Czech firms contribute to the Bohemian and European market under their leadership. At the same time it aims to highlight and spread the accomplishments these women have achieved in the sphere of business while respecting the imperscriptible moral norms of reciprocal trade.

Awards will be given in these categories:

The Czech female founder, who owns and manages the firm
Awarded are prizes for first to third place. These are the three competing categories:

Small firms (10-24 employees)

Medium firms (25-99 employees)

Large companies (100 employees or more)

GE Money Exceptional Businesswoman Award
Here are evaluated outstanding businesswomen regardless of the number of employees, further her impact on the enrichment of the market or the society, considering the social and other aspects of her activities. One award is granted. The patron of this prize is the general partner, the company GE Money Bank.

Fastest Growing Company Award
Here is evaluated the controlled exceptional growth of the firm´s activity within the last three monitored years, regardless of the category in which the firm is. One award is granted. The patron of this prize is the main partner, the MasterCard company.
