Conditions of participation

The participant of the competition must be:

• only a Czech citizen - female

• this woman is a 100% owner of the company

• the companies and entrepreneurs who keep mandatory double-entry bookkeeping in accordance with Act No. 563/1991 Coll. about  accounting. Her company was founded at latest on January 1st, 2007

A Czech woman can be nominated for the competition: on the basis of a financial analysis of publically accessible data of all companies in the Czech Republic (100% owned by a woman and with more than 10 employees) processed by an EXPERT GUARANTEE. The expert guarantee is the prestigious company CCB - Czech Credit Bureau, a.s., the specialist in   firm rating and scoring. The winner of the previous years may sign up for the competition not sooner than in the period of 3 years. (For example: the winner of 2008 may sign up in 2011 the earliest).

Newly, a Czech woman may sign up from her own initiative, (for example by presenting/advertising the competition in the media). The registration form is listed on  the web page www.oceneniceskychpodnikatek.cz. The firm must meet the required criteria for the competition and provide financial statements for the last four concluded years (possible with double-entry accounting), attached to the registration. These data will be analyzed by the expert gaurantee CCB and the audit company Mazars.

The deadline for the public registrations is Sept. 21, 2011.
